Worm Castings

Worm castings are a fantastic natural addition to any isopod enclosure. Produced by composting worms, this nutrient-rich material is packed with beneficial microorganisms and organic matter that help create a healthy and balanced substrate for your isopods.

Adding worm castings to your setup helps support the breakdown of waste, improves soil quality, and encourages natural microbial activity within the enclosure. Isopods will often graze on the organic material and microorganisms found within the castings, making them both a useful substrate component and a supplemental food source.
