Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Special delivery before 1 PM is available for selected items where indicated.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies to all live animals that are stocked on the website.
If your item arrives damaged, dead, or not as described, you must provide evidence. This includes photos and sometimes videos, showing the issue clearly.

Reporting Issues

Any issues with your order must be reported on the same day of delivery or within 12 hours of receiving your package.
Failure to provide evidence within this timeframe may result in the Live Arrival Guarantee being void.

Care Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care and housing for all purchased animals.

Legal Compliance

Customers must ensure that ownership of purchased species is legal in their location. We are not responsible for confiscated shipments due to local regulations.
